2012 Camp Dates Monday, August 20th – Friday, August 24th.  We are a residential camp and do not offer a day-camp program.

Registration Deadline Completed applications must be received by July 1, 2012.  Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.  In order to ensure your child has a spot at camp, please complete all required forms as soon as possible.

Camp Fee $500/camper

Camp Payment Camp fees may be paid online, by check or money order. Please do not mail cash. Checks should be made payable to “Camp Surefire Foundation” and mailed to: Camp Surefire Foundation, 290 Hope Street, Bristol, RI 02809.

Financial Aid Financial aid “camperships” are available for children who without assistance would not be able to attend Camp Surefire. We do not want any child to miss camp for financial reasons.  Families applying for financial aid are asked to contribute as much as they can toward the fee.  The Camp Surefire Foundation determines financial aid using the federal income eligibility guidelines for the National School Lunch Program and on a case-by-case basis.

Financial Aid Deadline Applications for camperships must be complete by July 1, 2012.

Cancelations/Refunds Camp fees are non-refundable after August 1, 2012. No refunds are made if a camper leaves camp due to homesickness, late arrival, early departure, illness or inappropriate behavior.

Drop off Time Monday, August 20th from 2-4pm  You may come anytime between 2-4pm to drop off your camper.  You will need to sign in with the medical staff, sign waiver forms, and confirm emergency contact info.  You do not need to stay until 4pm, but all parents must depart by 4pm!

Pick up Time Friday, August 24th, 11am.  After you sign out your camper (and pack all their belongings in the car!), please plan to stay for a cookout lunch and wellness fair from 12noon-2pm.  For safety reasons and to minimize confusion, all parents/guardians will be responsible for their children and their insulin starting at 11am on Friday.  Please be prompt and plan your schedule accordingly.
